Four minutes of Japanese baseball bat flips. 

Which brought me to two realizations during the clip: 

1. Just as you grew up practicing Tony Batista’s stance, Japanese children practice the most casual and aggressive of bat flips.
2. I didn’t spend any time growing up practicing bat flips and my life, as it stands right now, is worse off for it.
